We are located at 3105 Village Office Place in Champaign.  The office is within the Village at the Crossing on the southwest corner of Windsor and Duncan.

Go south on Duncan and the second entrance into the Village at the crossing will be Village Office Place.

Turn right into the complex, go straight through the turnabout and our office will be on the left with Dr. Sensenbrenner.
